This piano (Wurlitzer EP288) is about 20 years old and the owner says he paid about $2000 for it back then. This model is almost impossible to find anything on. I did go and look at it…the bench is not in the best shape and there are some nicks in the wood….the owner says $450 is as low as he is going to go. Is this a reasonable price?
This is the link to his ad:

Wow – this looks just like an electric Yamaha I’ve had for a couple years, which sounded very good, though we payed $5000 for it. I’m sorry to say I have never heard of this brand either. I would be a little concerned about this phrase: “It has a limited number of sounds but includes a “pin type” Midi output, and two pedals.”

What does he mean by a limited number of sounds? is he talking about extra things like ‘lightsaber mode’ or ‘violin’ or is he saying the actual tonal range of the piano is limited? this wouldn’t be too good.

If you are going to buy this piano for piano lessons for your son or daughter, I would recommend getting him or her a cheaper non-electric piano. I practiced on the piano I had, and even though it was an upper-end one, and it sounded very good, I could never get over the feel of the keys. I found it hard to play softly, because the keys were too easy to push down, and didn’t respond the same way as a real piano’s keys. I found myself playing much better when I went to practice my teacher, the piano made that much of a difference.

Well, this is just what I recommend, I really don’t know if i would buy a $450 piano, but I’m sure it depends on your budget and purpose. I hope this helps

And 'essential for anyone interested in playing an instrument to learn to read scores. There are some things you will learn to read sheet music for piano more easy. The first step is to learn the different keys.

The key top is known as the treble clef. It contains the notes in the top 44 piano keys. The notes on the treble clef line are (from the bottom of the key), E, G, B, D, F. The notes are in spaces from below – F, A, C, E A simple mnemonic to remember the line notes "Every good boy does fine." The space in the treble clef notes define the word face. These two mnemonics will learn to read sheet music for piano treble clef easier.

The deepest notes are written in bass clef. There are simple mnemonic to learn to read piano notes scores in key basis as well. The notes on the key line from the bottom base are G, B, D, F, A. You may remember this sequence from "big dogs fight animals large size. "The space in the bass clef notes are A, C, E and G. A good mnemonic to learn to read sheet music for piano for the bass clef is" All cows eat grass. "

Mnemonic will help you remember to press the notes on the piano. Once you learn to identify which notes to play, you wants to make sure your timing is correct. It is essential to learn to read the scores to detect not only the right note, but hold it for the right amount of time.

Playing the piano is an incredibly pleasant experience. It does take some commitment to learn to read sheet music to connect and coordinate their fingers to the keyboard, but worth the effort. Try to put aside a few minutes each day for sight reading and learn to read piano sheet music. It will get easier with practice.

M. Curle has taught group and individual piano lessons. She recommends online piano lessons for anyone interested in learning to play the piano. They are inexpensive and easy to review.

I am 15 this year and I’m interested in learning Piano/Keyboard. Most my friend learn it at a very young age like 6, but am I too old to learn it now?

You are NEVER too young nor too old, too uneducated or too educated to learn ANYTHING new in life! In fact, the day one stops learning is the day you die. I am 53 years old, and am now beginning to learn how to play the keyboard, as well as learning how to speak my familys’ native languages, Italian, Hebrew, and Arabian.

I encourage you to please begin your lessons and to give yourself the time and patience to master the art on your own terms. Do not compare yourself to others’ results as they have begun either earlier or later than you. Just take each day and lesson one at a time, and you’ll do well.

The piano is great, but sometimes a piano is big and clumsy. Sometimes it's nice to have something you can move when you want. It 'nice to have a keyboard practice. You take a piano practice room or band (if you do not have band practice at home). The bottom line is that a keyboard has more versatility of a piano. I'm going to show you some things you should look for when choosing a keyboard practice.

Keyboards can vary from less than $ 100 to almost $ 5k or more. Depends what you're looking for and what your price range is. Some keyboards have more features like MIDI compatibility, greater polyphony, and a sequencer on board. Do not worry, I will explain what it means. For our purposes it is a practice keyboard for cheap (not cheap) so you can practice at any time.

A feature look at is whether the keyboard is MIDI compatible. Before MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. This means that there are standard tools that are compatible with any MIDI interface such as a computer or mixing console. Are not real sound signals only say that sounds. These signals can activate any sound you want instead. For example: When playing a piano at home, but decide to change strings. Since there are no real sounds recorded, put strings instead of a piano is available. This feature is good for those who want to record what they are playing.

Secondly you should look polyphony. This means that the number of notes that can be played simultaneously. The higher the number the best known. If you're first starting out I think 32 notes of polyphony is good. This means that 32 notes can be played at the same time without cutting. Cut it out when you hear the audible notes stop making sounds. You do not want a lot of cutting. Keep in mind if you use the sustain pedal, every sustained note polyphony cause to decrease. Some sounds can use two or more instruments together. This reduces the polyphony. If you are more advanced, look at the 64-voice polyphony. Any more than that is useless.

Roland keyboards have been around for a bit 'and make a good product. Yamaha keyboards are also very good practice. I have a Yamaha Motif 8 myself. I would not recommend going with a Casio. In my opinion, the note had reached a level high enough to regard the sound quality is concerned. Some people like weighted keys. They are going to be heavy and bulky and have 88 keys. I recommend getting a non-weighted 68 key keyboard or Keyboard 72 keys.

For a keyboard of decent quality without breaking the bank, go with a handy keyboard in the price rang of $ 200 to $ 400. This is where most of the average quality of the sound of keyboard. They probably have less functionality but you are only going to be practical with this keyboard. If the investment is made, to make sure it's worth-it. Daily practice. Good luck!

What is the best way to learn keyboard?

I want to learn the keyboard and, finally, mix and record my songs. I have a Yamaha PSR-K1 and can do more than I can imagine. My real problem here is what is the best way to do this training? By learning the focus is my hypothesis? mess around for a while '? There anyone here play the keyboard and mix and how did you do? how would you do differently?

Hello I started learning the keyboard alone muckin 'round on my keyboard for about 2-3 days then I started to learn simple songs off youtube and I know I play grade 6 standard after 9 months of play. So start off trying to figure out the songs you first heard about it for 2-3 days then go on youtube and type "brad99r" (the first video I saw and learned from) and try to learn 'listening research, then your heart 'to something similar to how you play Zeldas lullaby (a simple song but fun to play), then type in gotitans999 he makes some good songs complex. after learning some of them in any kind of song you want, why you should be able to play medium difficulty tracks now.:) and just the job there and practice until perfect recall every song before moving on to the next. Also I suggest you learn a song at a time, because if you learn more than ever finish them. ok I hope to become a piano teacher: D I also hoop that this response was quite thourough: CYA l8r D: D and GD luck Oh I almost forgot mixing! ok what I was after some 'of the game I started doing simple 4 bar loops just layer up until it sounds good! Use for groups like Royksopp inpiration: D then just slowly make them more complex, then move on 8bars to 12 bar and 16 bar and so on: D

I started dating a guy who seemed to have it all- gorgeous, he plays the piano, graduated top of his class, sweet, and funny.

He treats me well and I had a blast with him on the 2 dates we’ve gone on.

But something feels… not right with him. He has an ex girlfriend who still likes him, and he’s actually told me he could see himself settling with her years from now. He’s also mentioned hanging out with several other girls.

If it weren’t for the other girls, he’d be almost the perfect guy for me. He doesn’t seem like the type of guy to be a player, but the red flags are there.

So my question is: Is there such thing as a guy to talks to a bunch of girls at once, but is still a good guy to date? Or should I avoid even getting involved?

The 70s were another decade of memorable classic songs by many legendary singers and bands with most of them later with the latest innovations in 60 years. Consequently, new genres were invented in this decade, all of which are present in the following article.

In the early '70s, progressive rock was certainly the agenda as follows on from the psychedelic rock movement from mid to late 60s. Artists such as Pink Floyd and Genesis dominated this genre in this period with the most famous song is "Another Brick In The Wall" by Pink Floyd. progressive rock was also sometimes referred to as one of art rock and 10CC its greatest exponents was the British band whose song "I'm Not In Love" is a must-hear timeless classics.

The punk movement has also its origins in the mid-'70s with bands like The Sex Pistols and The Clash become idols for a generation. Punk music continues today and is largely Partly because of these pioneers who continue to be held in high esteem by modern punk artists.

The 70s also saw many rock groups of the South and country have huge commercial success. The Eagles were the dominant group of its kind to evoke five # 1 hit single in the U.S. during this period. Their signature song "Hotel California remains one of the all time classic rock songs. Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama" is also the symbol of the '70s for a whole generation, while other groups like America and fascinated audiences with their catchy songs and simple.

Hard rock and heavy metal really came in its most famous in the '70s led by bands like AC / DC, Queen and Led Zepellin. Songs like "Highway To Hell" and "We Will Rock You" has become songs of hard rock fans worldwide. Other rock groups chose a slightly different direction with their music. For example, Electric Light Orchestra's rock mixed with conventional classical music with surprising results. Songs like "Woman Sweet Talkin '" and "Livin' Thing '" are emblematic of the rock music of this era.

Disk is probably the genre that dominated the '70s and establishing the best of the decade. It seems as if the word disco 'is inherently and eternally linked to the '70s. It is so dominant that at the height of his popularity in the late '70s, the only way that artists could have happened was to sing a disco song, many of them did so with varying degrees of success. At the height of the disco movement, the Bee Gees and ABBA dominated standings and worldwide sales. However, the most famous song of this period was probably "YMCA" by Village People, which has become one of the hymns more important for the gay community. Saturday Night Fever soundtrack by the Bee Gees is essentially what it symbolizes all things disco in the 70s.

There is absolutely no doubt that in the '70s will be remembered for his wide range of genres and classic songs that defined a generation.

I have always been interested in learning to play the Piano. I cant afford private lessons though.

Was wondering if any of the web sites or DVDs out there are any good?

I was looking at “piano coach deluxe” but wanted to run it by the experts before I have to shell out cash as often there a free alternatives that are just as good that the unbeknown don’t know about.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Kola,

What are you trying to do? If classical, the best route is a private teacher. If you want to learn a chord-based approach, may I suggest my site at http://www.quiescencemusic.com

It’s got a free lesson that shows you how to improvise right away.

Edward Weiss
Quiescence Music

If you want the tinkling ivories like Liberace, or play as the "Piano Man" by Billy Joel, you need to make a good start. This does not mean that you need to start young, because you can start learning the piano at any age.

However, getting good lessons is crucial. So what is the best way to learn piano? Well, actually there is no way. The best way to learn can be quite different from the best another person. In general, there are three ways to approach learning:

Lessons from a professional teacher

Self-teaching books and sheet music

Online courses and DVDs

Now, each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is important to think what kind of teaching style is right for your lifestyle, budget and time constraints.

Professional Course

Private Lessons can offer a better way to master the basics of music theory, and of course allows the teacher to ask questions and receive feedback. However, due to constraints financial and a hectic schedule, you may not be able to engage in a regular class.

Alternatively, you may not feel comfortable with teaching methods stiff tuition. Or so, unfortunately, one-on-one teaching is not right for everyone.

Self Teach Books

One way to overcome narrowing of the scales and finger exercises is to teach yourself with the help of a guide for beginners. Not only the books teach car cheaper than private lessons, but also great opportunities for those who desire to learn and practice their own pace and in their own time.

However, some find that the books are difficult to learn, because it can not actually show what is required. Therefore, it is possible that the learning curve is slower than with other methods.

Online courses and DVDs

Online video and interactive courses seem to lie somewhere between tutorials and self-learning, because you have all the benefits of vocational education and advice with all the advantages of learning from the comfort and privacy of your home. In addition, most online courses are convenient or DVD and, especially, are designed to learn to play piano fun. In other words, the goal of these courses is to create enthusiasm for music and make that we continue with the lessons for months and years ahead.

One of the ways in which interactive courses to achieve this goal is by offering a range of music styles and songs, so that not only learning scales and chords, a beginner can start playing real songs from the beginning.

As mentioned previously, the best way to learn the piano, will not be the same for everyone. So if you're interested in learning the most popular instrument in the world, it is advisable to explore all options available to you. Fortunately, with the help of the Internet in search of alternatives is a relatively simple process.

You can learn piano the quick and easy way. Just Click Here.

Which is the best way to self-teaching electric guitar?

Hello, I am a 10th grade type of school. I recently became interested in playing guitar. I used to love the game Guitar Hero a lot, but it seems that I go a step further. I beat every song on Guitar Hero III except "the devil went to Georgia" on Expert (yes including through the fire and flames) and I have a real interest in guitar. What is the best way to teach guitar electric cars. Includes set of DVDs, books, videos youtube, websites, etc. .. just give a hint. I really can not afford lessons, so I'm pushing my parents enough for letting me buy a guitar. I already know how to read music because the piano violin and experience, but everything else I need to learn. Thank you. Also, answer my question on another good beginner electric guitar @: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index; _ylt = As39gxwFtCz5vQ_0_glwe8_sy6IX; _ylv = 3? qid = 20081107205521AAbGCx5 with 10 points.

Everyone has a better way to learn. Depends on who you are and how you best learn. The way I learned was this. I checked out a book from the library rope. I learned a lot of strings. Practiced until I could move back and forth between those chords. Then I tried every guitar I could find who knew one song that I knew and watched them until they taught me that every song he knew:) Then I started reading tabs for the songs and play in groups. I also started to collect some easy songs off his ear at that point. The main riff of Dazed and Confused was the first that I knew by ear, even if it took me a bit 'to see the rest of the song. Playing in cover bands really helped me learn a lot of technique to play the tracks really wanted to play. Playing rhythm guitar player I always had the lead to look to learn more songs. All together I tinkered with writing my songs. Every song made me a better composer. Do not wait until you feel like an expert. Just stuff you can play with rope and experiement. It'll help you in all aspects of guitar playing and composing. Some people learn best by a single teacher. As such, learning enough to get into a weak band is a great experience even though I hate the song learning. It 's the technical your really after. You must be capable of understanding and agreements before changing hoping to learn the songs. No matter how you learn timing is crucial. Practice records songs you know. Get a metronome and practice it too. Another way to learn is tabs. Listen to music, look at the card, play music. Sounds simple but not is so easy:) However, it is feasible if your determined. Easier to learn a couple of songs and other songs to start with really easy. Do not try to start with scales. It's a beautiful song, but if you try to learn as a begginner when we do I hate that song:) Worst of all is to hear you play and if you already I hate it, well you get the idea. If your songs in Rock Scorpions are an excellent start. The rhythm guitar is light, fresh and usually pretty simple. Many AC / DC songs are songs to learn quickly. Go easy with the songs soon, but to concentrate on playing the right way and on time.

i don’t have the best relationship with my parents. and i have concidered being emancipated but i learned tht all you really have to do is talk to them and make sure they listen. that worked for me. if your parents don’t understand than i don’t know what you can do. your parents are just jerks :[

Musical synthesizers, keyboards, or as is more commonly called, is a musical instrument most often owned by individuals or families in the USA. Comparatively compact, economical and easy to play keyboards have, to some extent, following in the footsteps of the Napoleonic era's omnipresent piano. It 'a means that almost everyone had access at some point or another, and is as easily recognized today as the violin was in Mozart's time. But it is important remember that not all keyboards are the same. Not only are several different brands and models capable of musical prowess, but there is a gap that allocates very simple synthesizer music neatly into two categories, these being analog and digital.

Analog synthesizers generate sounds electronically via an analog computer, which is a computer that operates using the numbers represented by directly measurable quantities. If you're not a software engineer (and may well be, considering the times), this tool the use of an analog computer might not mean much. The fact is that analog synthesizers are rarely used today, at least from the general public. If a family or a individual purchases an electronic keyboard, it is much more likely They will buy a digital synthesizer.

Digital synthesizers use digital processing signal to produce a sound. Again, unless you understand electronics, this may be outside environment. However, the result is that digital synthesizer, at least those available today have access to board switchable front panel controls. This means that the person playing the instrument can browse its functions, which are, let's face it, the reason most people buy a keyboard in the first place.

It should be noted that there has been a recent resumption of the popularity of analog synthesizers for the arrival of retro analog synthesizer. The growing demand has led to the innovation of analog synthesizer modeling, which emulates the sounds of a traditional analogue components using digital signal processing. The instrument is essentially a digital synthesizer, but has no doubt its existence to the passion peoples' original analog instrument.

An attribute common to almost all modern keyboards is the ability to integrate and synchronize with other electronic instruments. This is due to the invention and adoption of the depth of instrumental music, digital interface or MIDI. In essence, MIDI is a standardized protocol that enables electronic musical instruments, computers and other communication equipment, control and synchronization with each other. The invention of MIDI made it easier to use with other electronic keyboards and strongly contributed to the popularity of the synthesizer.

A footnote to the types of keyboards available at present is that computers can be effectively used as a synthesizer with the invention of software synthesizers. These software synthesizers can really beat the quality and performance of many hardware synthesizers, why are growing in popularity. In order to make use that software is only necessary to provide a MIDI-enabled keyboard that can be connected to a PC.

Victor Epand is an expert consultant for guitars, drums, keyboards, sheet music, guitar tab, and home theater audio. You can find the best marketplace at these sites for synthesizers, analog, digital, keyboards, sheet music, guitar tabs.

Are independent. They do not need mom and dad all the time. "What you have 7 or 8 TEENAGERS at once?! They have 6 children now, more being only 6 years old you! Brad & Angelina used to cook three meals a day for many adolescents, they pay for someone else to do?! So if you had millions of dollars, There are 8 children?!

The most disgusting thing for me in that article was when he said that my children are really independent, do not need mom and dad all the time. Excuse me, but to me that the age of children is a horrible thing.

Try Audacity, maybe a bit challenging to start with but great tool once you get accustomed to it.

Not sure what is happening with me on this, but it seems the more I listen, the better Ocean Avenue gets. Ocean Avenue simply stated is one of their best CD to date.

I wish that was not the case, but not every day that I get a CD for review that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually one or two songs that I just can not force myself to go. It is not the case with Ocean Avenue. Every track is a fun and was pretty easy for me to listen to from beginning to end.

Nice One of the refreshing things about this CD is the way in which all participating artists seem really fun. Combined with the overall presentation and you have one of the most impressive releases ever Yellowcard.

If you're a Yellowcard is a CD your collection apartment can not be without. Actually, this is one of those CDs that can not even be a fan of lname, or even Rock to know is good. It 's just good music. Period.

While this entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 4 – Empty Apartment, track 9 – View from heaven, and track 13 – Back Home

My Bonus Pick, and one that Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 – Way Away. It 's a great track!

Ocean Avenue Release Notes:

Yellowcard Ocean Avenue Originally released July 22, 2003 on Capitol / EMI Records.

1. Way Away

I watched the show ‘30 seconds of fame’ and there was this black lady who won that contest just by singing a bad song while his competition a white man who played a piano using juggling balls. The black lady won even though the white guy has a better act. I read an article about the 10 ugliest artist/musicians in a magazine (I forgot the name) and all those included in the list where white men (no mention of flavor flav, jermaine dupri, and all those other ugly black dudes). And these are just two examples, everytime I watch an American Talk Show, commentators seem to held back when it comes to african-americans. I am not an American and I am not white that’s why I am mystified. Are white people soooo afraid that what they say will brand them as racist? My girlfriend is from Ghana (yes she’s black) and she is mystified too!

This is the white man guilt complex syndrome. We have been told how horrible we are and our ancestors have been to the black people that somehow we ‘owe’ it to them to overcompensate for the ills of the past. Now, not all blacks think this way of course, but I think a good many have come to expect this special treatment. Whites are afraid of being called racist. It’s swung from one side to the other. Preferential treatments of any race other then treating them as an equal human being is just as racist as anyhthing else. Yeah, it’s pretty disgusting isn’t it? You can see it everywhere in the U.S.

As a veteran of 27 + years of bluegrass 5-string banjo, I have often surprised at the difference learning "landscape" today than ever before. (When was the past? Hmmm …) Nearly two only training aid that we had available a long time ago there were vinyl records and tablature. And tablature was actually pretty difficult to find. These boys and girls who tell me they have learned to take complete vinyl records to play over and over again, trying to copy what they were hearing, sure to impress on me. I can take things by ear now that I have some ability, but I do not know if I had in me to learn from scratch this way. Kudos to them.

Today, there are several aids to any learning tool, not bluegrass 5-string banjo. All the lessons online web cam banjo DVDs for teaching electronics. A surprising percentage things can also be found for free. (You can visit my website, located at the bottom of this article for more information on products and tools or to ask me questions and for my advice.)

A major advance is that the music notation software is feature rich, but surprisingly affordable … also free. One of the most popular brands notation software allows you to write sheet music, tablature, right viewable on your computer screen. You can add sound support tools, you can play what is in the sheet music through computer speakers, and you can also find deposits of songs already written and just waiting for you to download, read with the software. For learning the songs you can not beat that! Open the song, get it by heart, playing through the speakers to hear how it sounds, also use the computer while playing for precision metronome. There are some high-end versions of music notation software, but the most popular brand current version is a limited free version and a full-featured paid $ 60. I recommend this and learn the songs of love with this instrument.

Every student of music has always been punished for using a metronome. It 'important for your development. My favorite is a fully computerized metronome version that lives on your computer and you play through your computer speakers. Is not free but has some great features, the best of them is something called a speed drill. This gradually adds speed to your game, something very important for banjo players. You can find paid versions for download or simply free versions that live right on the Internet. In both cases, some of them are "better mousetrap" when it comes to metronomes. Be sure and ask me for my recommendation.

Even before working with tablature or metronomes comes an important ability to develop: Tuning your banjo. Almost all players of stringed instruments use a handheld, portable electronic tuner of some kind, but I recently discovered a strobe tuner for my style banjo with tags amazing price $ 10. (If you have not heard of strobe tuner style, see my blog an article I wrote about this class of receiver.) The only challenge … and this could be a failure for you … is that it needs to be used on an iPod Touch or iPhone, since it is a piece of software written for these devices. But if you have one of these devices, then the banjo and the iPhone / iPod is a perfect marriage.

Speaking of the iPhone / iPod Touch, there are several pieces of software (known as applicable), written for string instrument players or banjo pickers, in general, which can be used on these devices. Chord finders and applications of the theory musical tuners, and on and on …

Like the idea of simulating the experience of the entire band, while the practice, without the hassle of having a group people invade your space every time you play? Well, you can find a very complete software program that does just that. It 'the same as having all the other instruments This traditional bluegrass … this software has a cycle that is set, including agreements specify the door and instrument that you choose for other instruments to play. Enough attend the jam and play together. This can be really useful if your goal is to play with your banjo.

This is not a list exhaustive, and specifically did not go on brand names, but I hope maybe open their eyes to the possibilities when it comes to technological learning. Take time to research tools and techniques that are out there, and contact us if you have further questions. I am always happy to help!

“Wunse, I coodn’t even spel bango pikker…now I are one!”

My name is Banjo Paul. I’m a banjo teacher, a member of two bluegrass bands, a web designer, and a professional blogger. I have a banjo themed website and blog with lot’s of good information about banjos, banjo humor, banjo lessons, banjo kulture…errr…culture…and lot’s more. I’d love for you to stop by and say howdy sometime, and as I always say: pick ‘em if ya got ‘em!

OK! I'm looking to buy a piano, I go on websites ... but they do not list prices where NO! How do I suppose to decide witch one to get If I do not know the prices? I was wondering if there is a website with a sort of list of brands, models and prices! Thanks a bunch!

The book you want to Piano by Larry Fine. The book Plan tells you all to buy a piano. Annual Report 2007-2008 The Plan Supplement contains book retail prices and what you should expect to pay really for any plan on the market. It's worth every penny of the price of the book. You can download e-books instead of buying at the store. I bought a piano recently time ago and this book was extremely helpful. I saved way more than the price of the book to know what I was buying and how much should I expect to pay.

Okay so I just found out that we are going to Las Vegas to celebrate my 21st birthday. It’s on Dec.22 so we are flying down the 21st and coming home Christmas Eve. We are staying at Planet Hollywood. I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions on what to do? It’s me, my boyfriend, and my mom and dad going. None of us have ever been and everyone will be 21 and older. I know on my birthday we are going to see Criss Angel and I want to see the PeepShow on the 23rd with Audrey O’day and Holly Madison:). I just don’t know what to do.. how much money to bring.. anything of that nature. I think we are going to rent a limo for my birthday evening but other than that I have no idea what to do. Also if you could tell me where the best clubs and bars are.. I am not much of a club person but would LOVE to go to a piano bar. Please help!!

You have a few choices….My suggestions are as follows….

1. Downtown–There you will find the best prices on dining. Most of the Buffets down on the strip are $25.00 Plus….Downtown $10-15 per person. Most all the downtown Hotels are also completing renovations. Plus the Freemont street experience is downtown. You can catch the bus (THE DEUCE) tickets are $6.00 per day or like $20.00 for the week. And ride unlimited to the strip if you want.

2. Strip–Everything is the same a downtown as far as casinos go…they are all about the same. There is more nightlife on the strip, Nightclubs in many casinos. More shopping etc….Again Higher priced for the Tourists.

3. If you like Culture, I suggest going to the Googinheim Museum at the Venetian Hotel….Very nice exhibits there, Saw Gaugan and Picassos there.

4. If you have some time, and want to save on stuff. I suggest sitting in on the Hour and a half timeshare promos that you see the people in the lobby of most all the hotels. If you dont mind wasting 1.5 hours out of you life, then you can get 2-4 Show tickets and other discounts. Ticket vary 75-200 per person per show, So a great saving is possible.

5. I highly Recommend Vegas Club Downtown, All new rooms just got renovated, and the freemont street experience are there. More Casual area, All around better experience, and you can take the Deuce to the stip if you want.

6. Make sure you get the Players cards from any casino you go to. I travel to Vegas 4-5 times a year and I dont ever pay for Hotels or meals anymore, they will send you hotel and meal comps. (Complimentaries) well worth it….

7. I suggest the night time helicopter over vegas ride. $85.00 But well worth it…..

8. Wear comfortable Walking shoes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9. Check out the shows—-Blue man group and any of the Cirque de Soliel shows are Unbelievable…..but expensive, again I recommend sitting in on the timeshare talks, save some money….

10. Break your money down into spending (Losing) a set limit per day and don’t go back into your cash until next day….It is easy to do….otherwise can be an expensive trip and regretful.

We love singing the piano bars type long. We were at Redhead Piano Bar and Howl at the Moon in New Orleans and Chicago, and we are looking for something comparable to these positions. Any suggestions? Preferably on the Strip Fremont St. Any other suggestions on one club or bar to participate would be helpful too. Thanks!

Hello By far the best piano bar in nyny. It 'awesome. They usually have standing room only unless you can get a reservation ahead of time (via first time) there are various clubs here and if you want to avoid any line I would suggest talking to a door or get VIP PASS prematurely.
